We have a 10 Year product and workmanship guarantee. Our guarantee is avtivated only if we seal the entire property roof . Our guarantee is subject to a maintenance plan done by us every 36 months until we reach the 10 Year Handover . There is a maintenance fee that the client will be liable for . This cost will include product and labour . Failure to authorize the maintenance plan will result in a guarantee void.
